I am Dr. Ádám Géza Németh, attorney-at-law. I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2016 with summa cum laude honours, and in 2019 I obtained an LL.M. in company and corporate Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
I have nearly ten years of professional experience, during which I have primarily provided legal services to international and Hungarian corporate clients in both Hungarian and English across several areas of law, in particular company and corporate law, commercial law, and dispute resolution. In 2024, I established my own legal practice; prior to that, I worked at Budapest-based law firms with an international clientele.

I have nearly ten years of experience in complex corporate law matters, gained at Budapest-based law firms with an international clientele. Throughout my career, I have advised numerous multinational companies on corporate and company law issues, participated in complex international transactions, and advised international clients in corporate legal disputes.
In addition to my practical experience, I completed an LL.M. in Company and Corporate Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, obtaining my specialist degree in 2019.
During my nearly decade-long legal career, I have provided legal services to numerous multinational companies across various fields of commercial law. I have advised clients across a wide range of industries; for several years, I provided legal counsel to an international agribusiness, a medical device manufacturer, a healthcare provider, and several startups on a broad spectrum of legal issues arising from their operations.
I provide my services in both Hungarian and English.
I provide full legal representation in immigration matters, assisting my foreign clients in obtaining their residence permits in Hungary. This includes applications for work-related residence permits, the EU Blue Card, the White Card, and guest self-employed residence permits, as well as representation throughout the entire administrative procedure.
In addition to my practical experience, I also completed a master's degree in human rights (LL.M.) at the Central European University (CEU, Vienna), receiving my diploma in 2024.
I have extensive experience in dispute resolution matters, including litigation before ordinary courts as well as arbitration proceedings. I have represented clients before courts at various levels across the country, representing both Hungarian and international clients in asserting their claims.
I gained my arbitration experience at the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as at the Permanent Arbitration Court operating alongside the National Chamber of Agriculture.
I have experience providing legal advice in complex real estate transactions, and I regularly assist in property sale and purchase transactions, gifts, and exchanges.

I also provide legal services in other areas of civil law, including drafting matrimonial property agreements, assisting in probate proceedings, and offering advice in various other civil law matters.

Throughout my nearly decade-long legal career, I have provided legal services to numerous companies in the field of labour law as well. I have regularly drafted employment contracts and terminations, provided legal advice on employment matters, and represented both employers and employees in labour law litigation.
